In addition to Skyworks' standard consumer of -the-shelf (COTS) product of ering, high reliability epoxy and ceramic hermetic
packaged diodes with product screenings equivalent to up to JANS level of MIL-PRF-19500 and Class K of MIL-PRF-38534 for
bare die diodes are available through Isolink (a wholly owned subsidiary of Skyworks).
Through its Trans-Tech subsidiary, Skyworks also designs and manufactures ceramic resonators from 1.85 mm up to 20 mm
and produce high-power ceramic fi lters exceeding 100 CW in SMT and connectorized versions, as well as subminiature high
frequency options.
