FASTCAM – SA-Z And Mini AX200 High-Speed Cameras
Photron is breaking high-speed and light sensitivity imaging
records again. Our FASTCAM SA-Z captures detailed high-
resolution digital images at an astonishing 21,000 frames per
second (fps) (2,000,000 fps at reduced resolution) with amazing
light sensitivity of ISO 50,000 monochrome, 20,000 color (using
ISO 12232 Ssat standards) with 20 µm square pixels and
12-bit pixel depth (ADC). Applications include materials science,
combustion research, fluid dynamics (PIV), defense/aerospace
R&D;, ballistics, plasma/arc studies, and shock waves/detonation.
Our compact, lightweight, and rugged FASTCAM Mini AX200
camera provides 1,024 x 1,024 pixel resolution at up to 6,400 fps
(900,000 fps at reduced resolution) with superior image quality. It
features extraordinary light sensitivity of ISO 40,000 monochrome,
ISO 16,000 color (using ISO 12232 Ssat standard). The Mini
AX200 delivers the performance required for very demanding
industrial, military, and laboratory applications. Memory options
are available in 4 GB, 8 GB, 16 GB, and the newly added 32 GB.

FEKO is Altair's comprehensive electromagnetic simulation
software, used extensively to design communication and radar
antennas for aircrafts, ships, vehicles, satellites, missiles, and
other platforms.
Optimum radiation performance and reduced interference
can be achieved by investigating the antenna placement on the
platform. FEKO's broad solver technology offering is well suited
to the efficient and accurate simulation of defense platforms,
even at high frequencies where the structures are electrically very
large. FEKO also offers dedicated features for the investigation of
cable modelling and tools for electromagnetic compatibility (EMC)
analysis, like lightning and high-intensity radiated fields (HIRF).
Altair is focused on the development and broad application
of simulation technology to synthesize and optimize designs,
processes, and decisions for improved business performance.
Privately held with more than 2,600 employees, Altair is
headquartered in Troy, Michigan, USA, and operates more than
45 offices throughout 22 countries. Today, Altair serves more than
5,000 corporate clients across broad industry segments.
